- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la providencia proferida el 13 de agosto de 2020 por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, en cuanto rechazo el cargo por vulneracion del principio de legalidad en materia penal, presentado por el ciudadano Jorge Augusto Escobar Porras contra algunas expresiones contenidas en los articulos 210 y 211, numeral 7, del Codigo Penal.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General, COMUNIQUESE el contenido de esta decision a la demandante, advirtiendo que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
- Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHIVESE el expediente.
